You will work closely with the farm trading and agronomy teams alongside our Precision Services, and Sustainable Crop Production peers to provide innovative advice to colleagues, growers, and supply chain partners. Alongside developing advisory and product sales revenue, you will also build strong relationships with Government bodies, private sector organisations, and landscape-scale stakeholders.

You will provide technical expertise across production and quality teams, ensuring that tooling, processes and production conditions are optimised to deliver consistent, high-quality output.

You will have experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment and be comfortable working across multiple teams.
