You will manage a team of four directreports, and oversee annual accounts, treasury management, accounts payable,accounts receivable, VAT, andmon Good Funds.

You will takeresponsibility for preparing and delivering statutory financial statements,managing external audit processes, and overseeing treasury management policy,cash flow, investments, and debt financing.

You will be responsible for identifying tree species, assessing vegetation risk near overhead lines, and recommending appropriate clearance or maintenance actions in line with industry standards.

You will ensure that all surveys are carried out thoroughly, with a focus on personal safety, contract compliance, and environmental sensitivity.

You will take a lead role on policy development, education, research, and clinical governance, while maintaining your own complex clinical caseload. Working collaboratively across professional and organisational boundaries, you will influence service delivery and shape future mental health nursing practice.

You will be expected to work only 2 day in the office per week! Youll also receive the exclusive Leaders in Care loyalty bonus a top up on the standard pay rate for that council (minimum £1p/h). As for senior managers, they are supportive, reassuring and conduct supervision regularly.

You will have responsibility and autonomy for the planning and implementation of all things quality including; implementing systems, achieving MHRA/GMP licensing, and shaping the long-term Quality strategy.
