You will work in co-operation with the other Operational Support Assistants in Business support.

You will also work with staff in Financial Support if required to ensure performance is met for P2P and raising accounts.

You will also be required to assist with all aspects of refuse and recycling.

You will be based at either our City or Coach Lane campus as part of the IT Application Support team within Digital Technology and Transformation Services. Our team operates in a collaborative, on-campus environment where colleagues work regular patterns with flexibility around timing and location in discussion with managers.

You will be responsible for ensuring the technical and electrical compliance of our schemes. Using your knowledge and experience to set up solid processes and spot potential safety issues.

You will be primarily based in the Durham depot with national site-based requirements dependent on our scheme.

You will work closely with internal teams, external auditors, and outsourced providers to maintain financial control, compliance, and accurate reporting. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive team, and the chance to make a tangible impact in a technically demanding environment.

You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users within our established customer base.

You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing/replacing hardware, software, network, and other ICT-related issues promptly and efficiently to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

You will be costing the work and raising invoices from job card/repair orders.

You will be responsible for reporting time, hours sold, statistics and budgetary information as and when required.
