You will take responsibility for the financial and contractual management of projects, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, contractually robustly, and in the most commercially advantageous way for the organisation.

You will also contribute to contractor performance management and play an active role in ensuring best value across programmes.

You will be responsible for conducting asbestos surveys across commercial sites in South Manchester. The company is based in Burnley, and occasional travel with overnight stays may be required. All associated travel expenses are fully covered. Key BenefitsCompetitive salary up to £38,000 (DOE)

You will act as Project Monitor on lender-funded developments from early due diligence through to completion, providing clear, commercially grounded advice to lenders and wider project teams. The role is advisory at its core. You’ll be expected to interrogate proposals, assess and communicate risk, and provide lenders with the confidence to progress funding decisions on complex schemes.

You will work closely with the operations and technical teams to reach a successful commercial outcome on the project.

You will be based in or be able to commute to their office/sites in the North West of England.

You will be IT literate and contractually aware.
