You will take responsibility for the technical leadership during the design and development and support of our products. Take the lead, progressing the design, development, design proving, test etc as part of a multi-disciplined team. Principal Systems Engineer will be based at our Barnstaple site.

You will be supporting clients across the Mendip area and will be required to travel to deliver support. Mileage is paid at £0.45 per mile. There is the opportunity to undertake some home working however due to the nature of the role this is limited.

You will coordinate pollution control, waste management, energy efficiency, and environmental health initiatives, while managing and reporting environmental data internally and externally.

You will be a proactive and detail-oriented EHS professional with a passion for environmental performance and sustainability.

You will be an experienced Talent Advisor or talent and learning professional, comfortable operating at pace and juggling multiple priorities. You bring a confident, collaborative communication style and enjoy working closely with line managers to coach, influence and drive performance.
