You will lead a large, multi-skilled engineering function of around 50 colleagues, including two Team Managers and teams made up of engineers, technicians, technical assistants, and an apprentice. You will design and enforce high standards for bug reporting and triage, ensuring that communication remains clear and effective across all departments.

You will work closely collaborate with the Production, Development, and Product teams, ensuring that every feature meets our rigorous quality and design standards, ultimately safeguarding the player experience.

You will own the creation, management, and delivery of technical publications to schedule and quality targets and determine the most effective documentation approach, style, and structure while ensuring compliance and technical accuracy.
