You will provide first level support, covering a large number of applications and systems, user administration and escalation of issues within the team. Previous experience working in a customer service environment is essential. Previous experience working in a technical or troubleshooting environment would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will create, edit, and manage spatial datasets to support internal systems and project tracking. Prepare maps and spatial data for design and build teams. Maintain and develop GIS databases as required. Support field staff and projects by troubleshooting GIS tools, including mobile apps and web maps.

You will work closely with developers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements, comply with standards, and deliver a seamless user experience.
