You will be responsible for the safe operation, switching, and maintenance of high-voltage networks, ensuring compliance with all relevant safety rules and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Carry out HV switching operations up to 33kV under safety rules. - Issue and cancel safety documents (e.g., permits to work, isolation certificates).

You will also assist the Technical managers to ensure technical approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site. We value in-person collaboration and team culture, but we're also committed to supporting flexible working where possible.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and asset owners to ensure fire protection coating systems are correctly specified, compliant, and commercially positioned for success.

You will also manage the technical service escalation queries and processes via online and system portals

You will become a vital member of the technical service team to ensure that technical customer service care is high quality for all local business partners and end customers

You will be responsible for the growth and maintenance of branch sales in the merchant, local developer & self‑build markets as well as producing estimates and offering support to the wider region.

You will be responsible for building out a go to market plan, which suggests that you may have some technical knowledge of key industries & products used in:

You will need to be personable, collaborative, open and honest. You’ll build important internal relationships with customer service, product development and marketing teams.

You will be the go-to person for technical troubleshooting and will work closely with our Compliance, Production and Engineering teams.

You will also collate samples for external testing and sampling.

You will be a site expert on document management ensuring all our process specifications are accurate and up to date.

You will ensure all daily quality controls and audit functions are completed on site whilst adhering to customer and food standards.
