You will act as the primary technical point of contact for employees, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues across hardware, operating systems, applications, networking, printing, email, video conferencing and cloud-based services.

You will play a key part in embedding governance practices across the organisation, working closely with data owners, stewards, and technical teams. The role sits within broader Data Programmes and will help operationalise our governance models using Microsoft Purview, including the Data Map, Data Catalog, and Information Governance modules.
