You will be responsible for installing, configuring, diagnosing, and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure, providing support both remotely and in person.

You will also play a role in supporting the site's ongoing digitalisation efforts and assisting with project implementation.

You will manage projects independently from inception to completion, working flexibly from home and on-site rather than being office-based.

You will be responsible for project budgeting, invoicing, and ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner in line with client service level agreements.
