You should hold a SVQ2 or equivalent SCQF level 5 qualification in an administration related subject. Where you do not hold this, a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role is essential. A positive and enthusiastic team player is required who enjoys interacting with children and adults in a busy environment.

You should be able to travel efficiently and effectively between work locations within Orkney to meet the operational requirements of the Service.

You will assist the Property and Capital Projects team to provide a comprehensive Property service, for both internal and external clients.

You should be participating in a construction related course leading to qualification at SCQF 8 or above (i.
