You will report to the Head of Risk & Compliance (SMF16) and work closely with a team of risk, compliance and financial crime managers and analysts. The role does not carry direct line management responsibility, however you will collaborate extensively with stakeholders across the business, many of whom are new to regulated financial services.

You will manage a busy and varied caseload, ensuring timely progression in line with organisational standards.

You will also provide guidance to registrants, the public and external organisations on Fitness to Practise processes, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring full compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

You will also collect and analyse complaints and dispute data, supporting the development of training and guidance, and contributing to continuous improvement projects within the department.

You will enjoy ongoing professional development, and mentorship from both the manager and director of this specialist department.

You will oversee the journey of our products from production to the customer’s doorstep, facilitating logistics across other channels by managing bulk shipments to our wholesale partners and coordinating stock for global pop-ups.
