You will be based within the Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing on our Walsall Campus, although you may be expected to work from other sites depending on the needs of the business.

You will be required to be flexible in their working hours to meet the demands of the business.

You will be responsible for servicing empty properties, conducting routine assessments of furniture and household items to ensure safety andpliance, and carrying out lock changes.

You should be confident working independently, have goodmunication skills, and befortable using technology to manage your workload and report findings.
