You will be required to provide professional and comprehensive casework to a caseload of children and young people appropriate to experience and capabilities.

You will provide support to children with disabilities and their families while maintaining a safeguarding approach to protecting children.

You will be joining a supportive and experienced team, working with pupils who require patience, consistency and positive role models. While experience with SEMH is beneficial, it is not essential—a strong attitude, resilience and a genuine desire to support children are key.

You will need to have a minimum of three months recent UK experience working within a healthcare environment in a similar capacity. Shortlisted applicants will be required to attend an video interview. All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS check and we require a minimum of two satisfactory employment references.
