You will be playing a key role in ensuring that all equipment is operating at maximum efficiency enabling all projects are completed on time, meeting industry and customer standards. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a highways improvement contract ensuring their objectives and targets are achieved leading to the successful overall delivery of the projects.

You will also manage the teams on site (either internal or external providers) and Deputise for the works Manager in their absence.

You will be responsible for leading the team during your shift:: - Leading: showing the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example and being responsible for the management of Staff on shift. Training new team members and being confident on process and product - Picking and packing: accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers

You will undertake Control, Instrumentation and Electrical works – including installation, testing, commissioning, and fault finding within new and existing MCC’s, industrial instrumentation, analysers, motors, actuators and all other equipment used in the automated control systems associated with RSE products and those used by clients in Water, Chemical Dosing and Petro-chem industries.
