You will support our young people by addressing their day‐to‐day needs, participating in activities, and celebrating milestones.

You will be part of an established team that provides the care and support needed to transform children's lives.

You must hold your Level 3 /4 diploma in residential childcare.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered crisis interventions to young people as part of a 24/7 support package in a solo provision. You'll work directly with young people experiencing emotional or psychological crises, helping them feel heard, supported, and safe.

You will conduct thorough assessments and prepare detailed Child Permanence Reports.

You will provide ongoing support to children in care, ensuring their needs are met and their rights protected.

You will develop and implement ‘Keeping in Touch’ plans post-adoption to maintain connections beneficial to the child’s well-being.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered crisis interventions to young people as part of a 24/7 support package. You’ll work directly with young people experiencing emotional or psychological crises, helping them feel heard, supported, and safe.

You will advocate for and appreciate individual needs to achieve outcomes based on evidence-based assessments.
