Therapy Assistant jobs in Hillingdon

You will work as an unsupervised worker and supervise junior staff and students and assistants.

You will undertake the appropriate care of patient, assessment of treatment progress and side effects making appropriate referral to the multi-disciplinary team.

You will assess patients level of knowledge before commencing with treatment and thus participate in the informed consent process.

You will lead a high-impact team and orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that directly influence enterprise-wide commercial performance, resource allocation, and market success.

You will be the primary contact for managing the outsourced payroll bureau, ensuring compliance with HMRC and pension regulations, and producing essential payroll data for internal and external stakeholders.

You will have at least five years’ experience in payroll, ideally within education, the public sector, or a similarly complex environment.
