You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial litigation and property litigation matters.

You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.

You will be confident and capable of participating in the development of the department and using marketing and networking to do this.

You will play a key role in client delivery, mentoring, and business development, while helping shape the department’s ongoing growth and strategic direction. - Advise individuals and business clients on a full range of commercial agreements, including terms of business, supply and distribution agreements, service contracts, franchise agreements, and shareholder, LLP, and partnership agreements.

You will work closely with the tax partners delivering UK and cross border special and project-based work, and overseeing larger or more complex compliance work with a portfolio of existing clients, ranging from owner managed companies to large corporate groups.

You should be qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with extensive practical tax experience.
