You will lead the successful execution of our most complex and high-profile events, taking full operational responsibility from concept through to delivery.

You will manage, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure consistent excellence in event delivery, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, residents, visitors, and assets, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to security and emergency response protocols. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and mentor a team of Wardens during shifts.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Solution Designers, and Service Owners to coordinate activities, track progress, and support technical migration planning across multiple workstreams. The Client expectation is two days per week on site, the remainder remote.

You will have qualifications or experience commensurate to the role.

You will ensure that your clients receive the highest individual attention and that projects are delivered on time, to budget and on brief.
