You will be a champion for our brands and portray this in your communications to our guests. You’ll be part of the team driving our reservations team through the expansion of our restaurants. Responsible for booking, converting and dealing with day to day guest queries via the telephone.

You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction in a polite and professional manner.

You will ensure all reservations are recorded and confirmed in line with company policy, being responsible for cross selling and upselling on initial enquiries.

You will be part of the team who shares common interests with our owners and guests, and we aren’t afraid to pursue our own passions.

You will use your experience to generate and protect revenues, to implement procedures and controls to monitor costs and will be able to deliver a P&L which is on budget.

You will be responsible for all bedroom, spa and dining reservations via telephone and email enquiries.

You will have the chance to learn the product in detail, including bedroom tours, restaurant tastings and spa induction, to ensure you are best equipped to sell guests a unique and bespoke experience.

You will assist them in making bedroom reservations whilst explaining all of the key features of the hotel, enticing them to experience all the property has to offer.
