You will receive a competitive salary of £12.70 per hour + 26.33% shift allowance (£32,537 per annum inclusive of shift). Current Shift pattern (Rotational)

You will learn and be competent on many pieces of different equipment aiding your team in becoming multi skilled. Your role will also ensure that all production processes are operated to the highest levels.

You will be proactively operating, maintaining and overseeing a number of duties throughout the facility. We are offering an excellent long-term opportunity for candidates with the right attitude and experience. What will you be doing: * Assisting with the waste management process * Sorting through such materials as woods, plastics and metals on picking lines and other areas of the facility.

You will be paid weekly on a Friday. If you do well in this role, we will try and keep you in work.

You will be working with in a large warehouse sorting various parcels (all shapes and sizes) into post code area. Your main duties will include, however will not be limited to: - Reading and scanning labels. - Assigning parcels to their correct routes. - Loading and unloading vans.

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You will also support with the administering and ordering of medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans and risk assessment, and liaising with GP's, district nursing teams and resident family members.
