You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of generators, conducting load testing, and working on high-voltage systems. Ideal candidates are time-served electrical engineers with hands-on experience and strong communication skills. You will accurately and systematically complete complex fault diagnosis and carryout technical preparation and maintenance, repair or replace parts and carry out final checks to manufacturers after sales service specification.

You will support the Claims and Operational areas of the business, and will take the lead on learning lessons from previous customer complaints, Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) decisions, as well guidance and policy provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and industry news & trends to address any underlying issues.
