You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and exceed sales targets. This role is designed as a stepping stone to sales management, providing an opportunity to develop leadership skills and take on increased responsibilities.

You will be a hands-on player-coach, owning outreach and qualification while also helping to design the BDR/SDR process, playbooks and best practices.

You will use modern tools (HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.) and AI to build signal-based, multi-channel plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline across both partners and direct prospects.

You will work closely with senior sales leadership, helping to build pipeline within complex mid-market and enterprise organisations, with a clear emphasis on quality over volume. Key Responsibilities - Execute targeted outbound prospecting via calls, email, and LinkedIn
