You will manage a team of 9 Material Controllers, overseeing daily stores activities, coordinating shipments, and maintaining full traceability of materials. The Manufacturing Stores Manager will monitor key logistics KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with Purchasing, Production, and Customer Services to resolve material issues and improve service levels.

You will be part of NPL’s Portfolio Office, which provides PMO services across NPL to ensure all our projects are managed to the highest standard.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and exhibit excellent influencing skills to enable delivery.

You will be asked about this throughout the recruitment process.
