You will attend to Section 47 enquiries, complete Single Assessments, Risk Assessments, and Parenting Assessments.

You will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to meet the identified needs of children, young people, and their families, including the Police and Education Services.

You will be working on a rota covering various shifts. We have a number of part time and full time positions available. Our full time contract is 37.5 hrs per week. Weekend working is essential, which will be on a rotating basis and when you work a weekend you will have the time off in the week.

You will ensure compliance with key legislation, including the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Mental Health Act, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your work will focus on supporting individuals with disabilities, promoting independence, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the best outcomes.

You will coordinate Section 42 Enquiries and ensure that the principles of Making Safeguarding are upheld.

You will maintain documentation and other records in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

You will investigate and assess referrals, completing holistic, measurable, and proportionate assessments.
