You will be handling claims from beginning through to conclusion, focusing on making a difference in the outcome of a claim and ensuring we continually meet and exceed our clients expectations. You will support the Claims Supervisor and Claims Manager, handling cargo and freight liability claims from first notification through to final settlement for Scan-Shipping, SSC, ICT and Strait Air. You'll join a close-knit central claims team in Basildon and collaborate with colleagues across the UK and North America.
