You will be using Acturis on a daily basis.

You will join a busy and vibrant claims handling team where you will manage your own caseload of new and existing property claims. As a Property Claims Handler you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and deal with incoming electronic instructions. Liaise with customers, clients, insurers via the telephone, email and in writing.

You will also support call handlers in the management of urgent and critical situations, ensuring patient safety and timely access to appropriate care pathways. Person Specification Applicants must meet the following criteria: - Registered Adult Nurse or Paramedic (NMC or HCPC)

You will be responsible for deliverables related to the implementation and maintenance of client relationships, requiring excellent communication and prioritisation skills in a fast-moving environment.
