Key Responsibilities - Deliver efficient, high-quality fostering assessments, interventions, and therapeutic support to prospective foster carers and their families

You will take a lead role in the education and training of all non-medical staff within the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), while also supporting the development of GP trainees.

You will ensure that all staff are clinically competent and confident in meeting the evolving demands of the service.

You will bring extensive clinical expertise in the management of both minor injuries and illnesses, including advanced skills such as fracture manipulation.

You will demonstrate excellence across the four pillars of advanced practice: Clinical Practice, Leadership and Management, Education, and Research.
