trainee installations engineer jobs in Lichfield

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing farm milk cooling systems across Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and North Wales. The role offers a varied workload, from planned maintenance and emergency breakdowns to full system installations, ensuring farms remain compliant with F-Gas regulations and operate efficiently.

You will use MIG welding (with TIG training provided), work from drawings and specifications, and develop your skills to progress into a fully qualified Vehicle Fabricator Welder. The ideal candidate will have their level 3 welding qualification or similar and be looking to join a company that values technical skill, development, and long-term progression.
