You will deliver exceptional IT support by visiting and supporting customers in London and surrounding areas.

You will be enrolled in the company Training Package, a structured development programme that includes mechanical, electrical, and BMS qualifications, tailored to our unique HVAC solution. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is eager to learn and grow in a field-based engineering role.

You will provide first and second-line IT support, maintain and monitor a digital signage network, and assist with hardware installations and system upgrades. The role combines remote support with regular on-site work in London and occasional international travel. Key Responsibilities

You will act as the first point of contact for all AV and meeting room-related issues, ensuring all collaboration spaces operate smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly support high-level business operations, including VIP and executive meetings. This role is based on standard business hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional early starts or late finishes to support special events.

You will represent a highly reputable technical division and will be provided with full training to work to industry standards and compliance frameworks. The position is full-time and mobile, offering varied daily work across multiple commercial locations.
