What's the role about? As part of our Branch Merchandising team, you'll join as a Trainee Merchandiser, supporting the allocation and trading of stock across the Reiss estate and all omni-channel platforms. You'll help ensure the right product reaches the right locations to maximise sales and minimise markdown. Working closely with stores, online teams, and product functions, you'll develop key...

You will start your 12 - 18 month training programme on one of our ‘Product’ teams - Womenswear, Menswear, Childrenswear, Home or on our Brands team (who work with a portfolio of over 750 brands).

You will receive regular feedback from your Merchandise team who will coach and develop you throughout the scheme, supporting you in reaching your goals.

You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive an initial competitive salary of £29,500 per annum.

You will undergo first class training and development, including holding stores on a planned and ad hoc basis with a view to you potentially becoming a Cover Manager at the end of your training, and then potentially on to becoming Store Manager of your own Store.
