You will provide an accessible, appropriate, high quality, culturally sensitive and effective nursing service in the community, by working in partnership with service users, care providers and other agencies.

You will be the clinical expert who will be accountable for case management and nursing activity within the caseload, and lead, manage and support the district nursing team.

You will support residents' care planning, ensure choice and independence, deliver nursing tasks delegated to you, report accidents, and spend time with residents exhibiting dementia symptoms, always putting resident wellbeing first.

You will participate in a development program that upskills you to become a Nursing Assistant.

You will receive a salary increase once you have completed your program. Qualifications to qualify for the development program Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Social Care (or working towards) Minimum 2 years' experience in Health & Social Care where you have been a Senior Carer or a similar position with leadership responsibilities, especially around administering medicines and leading a shift
