You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive an initial competitive salary of £31,500 per annum.

You will undergo first class training and development, including holding stores on a planned and ad hoc basis with a view to you potentially becoming a Cover Manager at the end of your training, and then potentially on to becoming Store Manager of your own Store.

You will play a key role in supporting pupils across the classroom, reinforcing learning, encouraging participation and helping pupils to stay focused and engaged. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and wider support staff to ensure every child receives consistent guidance, structure and encouragement throughout the day.

You will work closely with class teachers to deliver planned lessons, cover classes when required, and provide targeted support to pupils to help them reach their full potential. This role is ideal for an HLTA who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being a key part of a collaborative school team.
