You will then move into assisting on audits and completing whole audits individually, with assistance and support from the team across a range of areas. You will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver tailored insurance solutions, support new business opportunities, and contribute to broking strategy and placement activity.

You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, supporting renewals and placements, preparing market submissions, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
