You will be working closely with internal teams including production, engineering and Sales, to ensure a seamless customer service experience. You’ll be joining an experienced team About the Role Supporting Area Sales Managers by handling customer enquiries and guiding them from initial contact to final sale.

You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault find and fix on HVAC systems covering both cooling and heating through air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers and heat pumps. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be advising service engineers from a variety of different backgrounds, and from intermediate to advanced levels of knowledge/experience.

You will be responsible for providing expert mechanical maintenance and repair support with a wide range of CNC and specialist machinery. This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £35,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for: - Delivering mechanical maintenance across CNC and precision engineering equipment

You will also have PPM & TPM systems experience, fault find and identify root cause and prevent recurrence of issues quickly.

You will be capable of working unsupervised and within a team.

You will also be conversant with the use fast moving machinery such as belts, pumps, conveyors, hydraulic presses and gearboxes.
