trainee shop worker jobs in Kirklees

You will be working with young people aged 11 to 18 who have been placed into the care system for numerous reasons with an array of disorders, behaviours and needs and therefore require individuals who have the confidence, patience and skill set to successfully work with these young people and make a positive impact on their lives.

You will recieve a rota in advance that allows you to plan for your days off. Please indicate on your application whether you are applying for a full or part-time role.

You will then start your night time rota, which will include additional shadowing and training to ensure you are fully equipped with all the tools and knowledge you need!

You will also update online care records and complete medication administration. In addition, you will be responsible for the general upkeep and tidiness of the home ensuring the young people live in homely environment.

You will receive ongoing support and mentoring from our friendly residential and clinical team.
