You will get to know our residents and their families – helping to ensure we deliver truly personalised care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care and you’ll be a real influence on the rest of the team.

You will work closely with the class teacher to provide tailored support, help deliver engaging lessons, and ensure pupils are prepared for their end-of-year assessments.

You will be responsible for getting resources ready for the day and ensure the child’s needs are being met. In this Year 2 Teaching Assistant role you will provide a patient and nurturing learning environment for the child.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.
