You will manage a caseload of care leavers, providing statutory support in line with legislation and guidance. This includes coordinating and completing Pathway Plans, advocating for young people, and ensuring they are supported with accommodation, education, employment, health, and emotional wellbeing.

You will identify improvement opportunities, ensure safe and efficient project execution, and anchor Arlas sustainability ambitions in every project you lead. - Lead CAPEX and non-CAPEX equipment projects, identifying and driving site improvements.
