You will act as the senior escalation point for complex technical or commercial challenges, while working closely with senior leadership to improve performance, reporting, and contractor engagement. You will support reporting requirements using Epicor tools such as BAQs, dashboards and SSRS outputs, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver meaningful, reliable information.

You will be comfortable working with data and reports, have good documentation skills, and be able to translate operational issues into clear system or process improvements.
