You will be required to work 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.

You will cover skills such as data mining, manipulating data, visualising data, and reporting on data. Study time for the qualification is approximately 30 hours and qualification is achieved by completing a 1-hour multiple choice exam.

You will be provided with access to a tutor and a 1-hour online revision workshop prior to sitting your exam.

You will lead the delivery of the business strategy within your restaurant and play a key part in driving people-focused, customer-focused and commercial results. As part of your induction, youll learn how our values shape our business from the ground up.

You will be responsible for creating this environment within your restaurant.
