You will have the CIH Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Housing, or the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing or SVQ3 in Social Services & Healthcare and be willing to work towards the required qualification in a specified timescale.

You will require to be registered or eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

You will also act on behalf of a variety of clients within the construction industry such as professional consultants, employers, contractors and local authorities. To be considered for this role, you should be a qualified solicitor between 1-5 years’ PQE. Previous experience of construction and/or property law, construction insurance litigation or commercial construction is essential to this role.
