You will work closely with colleagues managing the Council’s operational depots and commissioning works by private sector providers. Network management, including street works, reactive maintenance, improvements to existing highways (S), and adoption of new highways (S38). All aspects of road and pedestrian safety, including the delivery of a safer roads programme.

You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive thru. You'll lead the way in making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.

You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management

You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area

You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.
