You will work closely with a range of property professionals, including the Residential Portfolio Manager, Senior Estate Manager, other Lettings Officers, Building Supervisors and Building Surveyors, to help manage our residential portfolio.

You will report to the Residential Portfolio Manager and be part of a supportive team responsible for managing our Let Estate in the South West.

You will be delivering high quality clinical care within the Integrated Healthcare Service for the prison, which will include acute & primary care, long‐term conditions management, enhanced assessment and diagnostic intervention services and health promotion activities.

You will be working independently preparing trust accounts and personal/trust returns for review and undertaking peer reviews. Dealing with the day to day trust affairs of your client portfolio, which will include high net-worth individuals, trusts and estates, ensuring that engagement letters are in place for clients, and that fees are agreed and billed accordingly.
