You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use. In certain circumstances consideration may be given to applicants who, as a consequence of a disability, are unable to drive

You will be responsible for erecting access equipment with appropriate training, setting up access plant and temporary screening as needed, and monitoring decorating material stock to request replacements as required.

You should be capable of performing all duties associated with the role and be prepared to attend college to work towards a recognized qualification in Painting and Decorating.

You will achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18-24 month training programme.

You will also receive the MyHealthcare Allowance, an annual allowance which is redeemable against a menu of Bupa healthcare products, all to the approximate value of £350.

You must therefore be committed to personal development and to becoming multi-skilled in order that you can adapt to and welcome constant change in the effort to achieve the stated aim of "making continuous improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our use of resources.
