You will design personalised GCSE level Maths, English, or Science lessons that engage, inspire, and help learners progress academically. - Deliver tuition sessions directly with learners in their own homes, schools or local settings such as a library – in-person tuition only.

You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE.

You will inspire children to be fearless in their approach to learning!

You will support your members as they progress through the national curriculum, entrance exam and GCSE preparation.

You will strive to see meaningful change in their progress and celebrate every achievement with them along the way!

You will travel to various locations such as learners’ homes, local libraries, or schools to provide in-person support. Creating a positive and safe learning environment is essential to help learners feel comfortable and engaged.

You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals assessing needs and writing person centred education programmes.

You will support students in the classroom and out in the wider community.

You will lead on an area of the curriculum ensuring it is up to date, relevant and meeting the needs of all students To carry out specialist assessments to determine key learning aims for students

You will write individual learning plans based on thorough assessment and outcomes included in the individual Education, Health and Care Plans of students.

You will plan and deliver lessons and assess and report on student’s progress.

You will direct and coach learning support staff to ensure high quality teaching and learning and monitor performance.
