You will need to be passionate about supporting our community in Blackpool, be committed to your role as a Social Worker and keen to grow and develop in line with Social Work England protocols. You will construct value-for-money care packages, and commission and arrange appropriate services.

You will achieve a ‘first time fix’ through correct diagnosis, multi-trade working and an effective relationship with the supply chain.

You will adopt and promote our clients operating principles for Responsive Maintenance within a multi-trade team.

You will be responsible for:

You will need to be able to connect to audiences in different ways and be confident in presenting at meetings or to groups up to 30.

You will support the review of systems as part of DPIA reviews to include cyber security, using internal and external resources available to aid this.

You will liaise with Customers, the Repairs Field Manager, supply chain colleagues, Customer Servicesstaffand multi-trade workforce.

You will be working closely with a class teacher and the school’s wider support team to help a pupil engage positively with learning and develop emotional regulation, confidence and independence. The child requires tailored support throughout the school day, including during transitions and structured learning activities.
