You will have full autonomy to make technical decisions and shape the motor fleet strategy.

You will underwrite mid-market Fleet business, handling a mix of new business and renewals, with the flexibility to focus more on either area if preferred. The team includes three Senior Underwriters plus a trainee, offering strong support, mentoring, and a clear succession plan.

You will also be supported in your insurance exams if you wish to take them.

You will deal with some really interesting risks working alongside a highly experienced team.

You will take ownership of the full renewal lifecycle working closely with an established broker network to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities to grow the book.
