You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose built 101 bed hospital in Wellington (Somerset) for men and women with mental health needs.

You will be working for an established, stable and agile company with over 8,000 employees and a unique approach to the delivery of care.

You will carry out daily cleaning and laundry duties to ensure all areas of the home are maintained to a high standard.

You will follow infection control and health and safety procedures, manage waste disposal appropriately, and work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, hygienic, and comfortable home environment.

You will assist residents with daily routines, promote dignity and independence, and ensure that care plans are always followed and kept up to date.

You will oversee medication administration, maintain accurate documentation, and support communication between residents, families and healthcare professionals.
