You must be able to adopt a hands-on approach to all aspects of the role to ensure continued high-levels of work are carried out right, first time.

You will need to attend a 15-minute briefing prior to the start of your shift.

You will receive one-week’s fundamental skills training in the dojo from Toyota experienced trainers to ensure you have the skills to work in a safe manner to meet the daily requirements and then will be supported over a number of weeks to ramp up on process in the production line/work area.
