You will ideally have experience supporting children with special educational needs, or demonstrate a genuine commitment to working within SEND education. Experience with sensory-based learning, communication strategies (such as PECS or Makaton), or creative approaches including Theatre in Education (TIE) and interactive workshops is highly beneficial.

You must be prepared if undertaking any professional training or personal development that the very best intentions and ability is given to ensure passing or attaining certification. You will be working in a multi-skilled role performing daily maintenance duties as part of our PPM (planned and preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance programme. Maintenance works will include plumbing so a qualification would be beneficial to see although not essential.

You will also ideally hold a relevant plumbing qualification.
